Course Cancellation, Transfer and Withdrawal Policy *

  • Full payment is only refundable in the event of a course being cancelled by YMCA of Hong Kong
 
  • Refund will be made by cheque or programme coupon and sent by post within a month
 
  • Request for course transfer or withdrawal must be submitted not later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course
 
  • Please attach a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to the completed enrolment form
 
  • After enrolled in course/activity, request for refund due to any reasons must be written and submitted to Member Services Section. An administration fee of HK$200 will be charged to each request; if the enrolment fee is less than or equal to HK$200, 75% of it will be refunded
 

*Not applicable to Camping Section programmes

YMCA of Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel any courses, programmes or special events in its sole discretion.
