• Objectives
•  
• To help and motivate Form 4-5 mentees, from underprivileged families or families with standing challenges, to complete secondary education and, to look beyond themselves to understand their career aptitude and good work habits. Also, to guide mentees to establish their career path and proper work habits.


• Mentor Duties:
• Mutual support, give guidance and inspire youths over the year.


• Mentor Requirement:
• Degree holder or above; Working people and professionals are preferred.


• Service Duration:
• Sep 2020 to Aug 2021 (The first phase)
  Sep 2021 to Aug 2022 (The second phase)


• Service Time:
• Usually Saturday afternoon (depend on the nature of the function)


• Service Frequency:
• At least 4 times the year


• Sharing Session:
• At least attend 2 times per year


• Service Mode:
• one on two or three mentees, divided in group


• Deadline of application:
• 31 Aug 2020
