Part-time Guest Service Agent


Responsibilities:

  • Handle check in and check out procedures;
  • Input data into the hotel reservation system;
  • Greet and welcome guests; and answer their enquiries in a professional manner at all time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline;
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Excellent telephone manners and good customer service skills;
  • Hands-on experience in Word and Excel;
  • Pleasant, confident and patient.
