Member Services Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver front desk services, including addressing phone calls, handling customer inquiries, venue reservations, and complaints.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and enter data into the system.
  • Oversee daily facility usage to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
  • Coordinate activities and facilitate communication between departments.
  • Assist supervisors with various tasks.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin and English.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel, with Chinese typing proficiency.
  • Strong team player, eager to learn, proactive, independent problem solver.
  • Willingness to work on shift duties.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
