Part-time Member Services Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of counter and clerical tasks in Member Services Office
  • Promote memberships and member activities
  • Handle facility booking, programme enrollment, enquiries and data entry
  • Perform regular checking for venues and ensure the cleanliness and good condition of facility
  • Provide quality services and be responsive and professional in all member related activities such as answering enquiries pertaining to membership matters


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with relevant experience
  • Excellent customer services, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience in PC operations
  • Experience in preparation of promotion materials preferred
  • Mature, team-oriented, responsible, independent and willing to learn
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Shift duty required
