Programme Officer (Toy Reborn)

Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor in developing, planning, and promoting green projects and programmes for schools, NGOs, corporates, and the public;
• Organize and deliver talks and workshops on green projects for external parties;
• Maintain and provide bilingual content on social media platforms;
• Prepare and verify relevant documents and promotional materials;
• Provide administrative support and maintain operational duties for the toy recycle station;
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• A minimum of 3 years working experience with 1 year relevant experience;
• Excellent planning and organizing ability with practical problem-solving skills;
• Passionate about community work and green project;
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills in dealing with inquiries from the stakeholders;
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Good team player and open to flexible working hours;
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Hands-on experience with design software such as Illustrator/Photoshop will be an advantage;
• Shift duty is required.
