兼職前檯賓客服務員
Responsibilities:
- Handle check in and check out procedures;
- Input data into the hotel reservation system;
- Greet and welcome guests; and answer their enquiries in a professional manner at all time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline;
- Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Excellent telephone manners and good customer service skills;
- Hands-on experience in Word and Excel;
- Pleasant, confident and patient.
