Housekeeping Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties
- Receives and ensures proper recording of orders from guests and staff via telephone, mobile application and hotel related systems in an attentive, friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Liaise with other departments/sections to fulfill the guests' requests
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above
- 1 year's relevant working experience
- Hands on experience in Word and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Being responsible, efficient and able to work under pressure
- Shift duty is required
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
