Inventory Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily goods receipt operation, such as quantity checking, temperature and expiry date checking, and health cert record of foodstuffs;
- Follow up and report on the outstanding orders to the procurement office;
- Input receiving data in Oracle system;
- Ability to communicate with different users to follow up on daily receiving matters;
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good command of Chinese and fair reading and writing English
- Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking
- A good team player and be able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Working on alternate Saturdays will be required
