- A maximum limit of 3 guests per membership per court can be invited

Booking Regulations
- Members can only book facilities under their own names & membership cards and he/she must be one of the users of the facilities booked
- Up to 8 days (inclusive) in advance
- Members must pay and register court facilities by themselves or members of their family membership
- Once the payment is made, no cancellation, transfer or refund is allowed
- Members who wish to cancel or amend any booked facilities, MUST inform Member Services Section before 8pm on the following day of the booking date, otherwise, no cancellation or amendment is allowed
- For one-day-advance booking or same-day booking, no cancellation, transfer or amendment is allowed
- Members who have booked facilities and do not appear at the reserved time are still responsible for payment. Facilities Booking privilege will be withdrawn if the member fails to settle the facilities payment duly
- Bookings can be made by phone or in person at the Member Services Counter; bookings made in person have priority
- For all telephone bookings, the first 4 digits of member’s HKID card or passport MUST be provided for identity purpose
- Each Associate Individual member may book court facilities for a maximum of 1 hour per day
- Each Family member may only use two membership numbers from one family membership to book court facilities for a maximum of 2 hours per day
- Each Corporate member may only use two membership numbers from one corporate membership to book for a total of 2 hours per day
- For members who cannot book the facilities by themselves, they may authorize a representative to book the facilities on his/her behalf by presenting a filled and signed “Authorization Letter for Facilities Booking”and a copy of the membership card
- Consecutive booking is allowed when there is a vacant court 15 minutes before the starting time
- Booking will be entertained at counter or by telephone from 0800 –2000 daily at 2368 7070
- In case of bad weather, special arrangement will be applied to all bookings, for details please contact Member Services Section
- Members should finish the payment first, before using the facilities
Court Usage Regulations
- A member can invite a maximum of 3 guests per membership per visit
- Private coaching or any commercial activity is prohibited
- The court can only be used after it is registrated by the member who made the booking
