Housekeeping Coordinator


Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Receives and ensures proper recording of orders from guests and staff via telephone, mobile application and hotel related systems in an attentive, friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Liaise with other departments/sections to fulfill the guests' requests
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • 1 year's relevant working experience
  • Hands on experience in Word and Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Being responsible, efficient and able to work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
