IT Trainee (New Initiatives)

In this role, you can expect to gain on-hand experience on:

• Developing AI-powered automation tools to improve productivity and data operations.
• Enhancing data governance and compliance by integrating AI-driven validation and monitoring systems.
• Automating engineering workflows by leveraging AI models for repetitive tasks, schema validation, or anomaly detection.
• Understand and meet internal parties on operation needs, including our Hotel services, schools, and member & community services, to provide automation solutions;
• Optimizing operational efficiency by analyzing data pipelines and implementing AI-driven solutions that reduce cost and improve scalability.
• Designing monitoring dashboards and automated reporting mechanisms to track AI tool performance and impact

To thrive in this role, you:

• Currently studying Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Experience with Python, SQL, and automation frameworks
• Familiarity with LLMs, OpenAI is an advantages
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation and AI-driven solutions
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical findings effectively.
• Great documentation skills.
• Have a fundamental understanding of data infrastructure and information security
